We are proud to be a vendor for several homeschool charter programs, making it easy for families to use charter school funds for Jiu-Jitsu training. Currently, we are vendors for Pacific Coast Academy, Freedom Academy, and Springs Charter. If you do not see your charter school listed, please inquire—we are open to becoming vendors with other schools.

Getting Started

✅ Sign up for a one-on-one introductory lesson and evaluation.
✅ Join our 2-week trial for $99, which includes a Gi (uniform).
✅ Request an enrichment certificate from your charter school.

Enrichment Certificates

📅 Due Date: The 1st of each month.
⏳ Processing Time: Request your certificate mid-month (e.g., mid-February for March 1st).

Grace Period

We offer a 15-day grace period, meaning as long as we receive your enrichment certificate by the 15th of the month, you will not have to pay out of pocket.

If we do not receive the certificate by the 15th, the credit card on file will be charged for that month’s tuition. If your charter school is delayed, please keep us informed.

Paying Out of Pocket

If you run out of charter school funds and choose to continue training, you may pay out of pocket. Please notify Katrina by the 1st of the month if you plan to do so.

Training During Summer Months

Since charter school funds cannot be used during summer, families have three options:

✅ Pay out of pocket each month.
✅ Vacation Hold ($15/month) – This option reserves your student’s spot without re-enrollment fees.
✅ Cancel Membership – See below for details.

Membership Cancellation

⚠ A 30-day notice is required for membership cancellations.
Example: If the last training month is May, notify us by April 30th.

If you cancel and return later, a registration fee may apply, and tuition rates and class availability may vary.
