We start accepting students at age 4 so if you are over age 4 come try Jiu Jitsu Foundation out! 

Jiu Jitsu offers an ideal blend of cardio, strength, and conditioning, making it a prime choice for those looking to rejuvenate their fitness journey.

  • Our kids classes tend to be about 40% girls to 60% boys but differs based on class, so many girls find comfort here!
  • There is also a weekly women’s class for teenagers and women that many enjoy and look forward to

Yes! We here at Jiu Jitsu Foundation are a family and we highly encourage families to roll together. We offer a discount for family members that join JJF

Here at Jiu Jitsu Foundation we have a great balance between learning techniques and being physically active. We start off every class with a warm-up to get your heart pumping and then transition into learning a technique, and we try to end every class with sparring which is often a thrilling and physically active experience.

We encourage any age above 4 to come and try Jiu Jitsu!

We offer a number of different classes to fit any schedule between our 6am, 10am, and evening classes for adults, and our kids classes from 3-6 4 days a week

While having prior martial arts experience is great, it is DEFINITELY not needed as our coaches are trained to teach all levels of experience and skill.

Yes! We have an evaluation class with one of our highly trained coaches who will not only see how you would fit in with the academy, but will also teach you a few Jiu Jitsu moves so you can get a feel for it.

Our highly trained staff are experienced in guiding students through techniques and making adjustments so that they can work for just about anyone even if there is a pre-existing injury or medical condition.
