Although Jiu Jitsu is referred as “gentle art”, it has risks just as any sport or physical activity. Jiu Jitsu Foundation has many attributes that make this Dojo unique.
One aspect is having all of the instructors and staff certified in CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation). The professional who taught the course to the instructors and staff is an EMT, at Thornton Hospital, named Rodrigo Bermudez. Here at Jiu Jitsu Foundation, we believe that the importance of having the capability and knowledge to perform CPR is critical. Each instructor and staff member has been taught and certified to perform CPR on adults, children, and infants to ensure every program offered provides the safest environment possible for all individuals.
